As an Associate Sales Operations Manager ANZ in our ANZ Merchant Optimisation team, you will be responsible for managing and optimising sales processes, analysing sales data, and driving operational efficiency to support the sales team's success. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Interesting problems you’ll get to solve
- Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously review and improve the sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows in line with our ERM framework.
- Preparing and maintaining project plans, estimates, and schedules for the project to meet the objectives set.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for sales leadership to make informed decisions.
- Monitoring and reporting on initiatives related to ANZ Merchants and Sales teams Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales and operational processes and find ways to reduce them to improve velocity.
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness, deliver best practices, and provide a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Sales Training and Onboarding: Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to develop sales training programs and onboarding materials for new hires. Ensure sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for sales processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collate & communicate all key ANZ SFDC & Sales Ops product and process updates; ensuring internal and external stakeholders are prioritised and updates are communicated to the appropriate channels.
What you'll bring to the team
- 3-5 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving process improvements and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
