ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us as a Consulting Services Manager and lead our team that implements our business management platform as well as provide value add services to our customers once they are live. This role will drive customer success and adoption of our platforms through exceptional services associated with onboarding, product utilisation, migration, customisation, and integrations, including third-party solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop campaigns and drive services sales with the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure quality scoping and contracting in the sales phase, setting adequate expectations for successful implementation.
- Develop and build hard-working teams, managing capacity to demand, including balancing permanent employees and external contractors, and drive cross team and cross functional collaboration.
- Transition the consulting services team in alignment with the company vision.
- Achieve key targets including revenue, margin, billable utilisation, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Control financial performance and forecasting, ensuring predictability and competitiveness in the market.
- Ensure quality and satisfaction targets are met or exceeded in customer solution design and delivery.
- Coach and mentor your team, focusing on performance, competence and career development.
- Enhance customer experience through team development and training.
- Provide leadership and support to key business initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in building and managing consulting services within the ERP and Enterprise business software sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve impactful results.
- Exceptional ability to drive customer success and adoption of technology platforms.
- Demonstrated competence in financial management, including budget development and control.
- Strong project management and governance experience.
- Strong communication skills, capable of setting and managing customer expectations successfully.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement objectives and maintain high standards of work quality.
