About the Team
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.
About the Role
Join our Consulting Services team as a Customer Enterprise Architect, where you'll bridge enterprise and solution architecture to unlock the value of our customers' software investments. You'll architect end-to-end solutions integrating MYOB products with other critical systems, providing strategic recommendations to optimise business operations.
Engage in high-level discussions with CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs/CIOs, identifying key value drivers and pain points. Your role will be pivotal in driving MYOB’s Sales and Services success by fostering senior-level relationships and offering strategic insights. Be a part of a team of MYOB product evangelists, leading cross-functional groups to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be focused on...
- Deliver high-quality end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex customers
- Document architecture and design, balancing key objectives with budget and time constraints
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects and customers, including high-level executives and subject matter experts.
- Lead business systems and solution reviews, mapping as-is situations, recommending to-be solutions, and packaging these into reports with key value-related outcomes
- Document various elements such as business process maps, system landscape architecture, solution scope and design documents, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, proposal inputs, and change management plans
- Act as a trusted advisor for strategic and high-potential accounts, driving business development and assisting customers in growing with MYOB’s platform
- Build and implement reusable intellectual property to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and accelerate time to value for customers
What we'd love to see from you...
- Minimum 15 years in the industry, with at least 7 years in Solution Architecture with proven experience in leading and implementing ERP, Financial, or Business Management solutions
- Strong skills in defining solution scope, end-to-end solution architecture, and solution design
- Preferable experience in ERP solution selling, with knowledge of Payroll and Workforce management
- Skilled in coordinating and facilitating workshops with diverse groups, while closely collaborating with others to achieve desired results
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets
- Ability to translate sophisticated business requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve joint outcomes
- Ability to lead cross-functional working groups towards customer outcomes
