We are passionate and committed to artistry and are looking for a like-minded person to join our team in the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator-Casual based in Sydney. This role will be 3 days a week in office, and support and coordinate all aspects of EMI marketing and artist development campaigns, A&R and label services as directed. You would be joining a forward-thinking team that knows the rate of change in the industry and gets ahead of it. We want someone that can come in and help deliver amazing campaigns for an incredible roster. We need a team player, great communicator, and positive thinker.
The role
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing manager to support on driving exposure and engagement for artists
- Admin tasks as directed
- Help scale super-fan communities and understand community platforms such as Discord
- Provide support on advertising, creator and boosting campaigns
- Ability to execute CRM campaigns autonomously (template and campaign creation and distribution)
- Short Form Video content creation (shoot, edit, post). This might be organised shoot days, Live capture or editing existing content. Experience with Capcut is great!
- Assist with monitoring and researching of short-form content trends and types for artists as content inspiration
- Share label socials function with label coordinator.
- Ad hoc Artists Social reporting
- Create and manage competition pages
- Support with platform optimizations such as YouTube.

About you
- A passion for music and artist development with a desire to grow your career with us! (We are known for promoting from within)
- Experience in using industry standard video, photo and audio editing software such as Final Cut, CapCut, Premiere and Photoshop is a bonus.
- Experience with basic level filming, editing and audio recording of live video content.
- Knowledge of digital media landscape, including social media, mobile, streaming services, online fan communities etc.
- Knowledge of social advertising, Meta applications, social activations, CMS platforms, eCRM and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work within the marketing department with an understanding of marketing campaign objectives.
- Understanding and interest in music business and trends – streaming platforms, social media and digital landscape
- Possesses an aptitude for working with basic forms of content creation, social media and quickly adapts to new platforms and digital developments.
- Strong ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
- Developed communication and reporting skills.
