This is a unique opportunity to join our BizOps & Strategy team, whose objective is to help Culture Amp scale faster, in service of the company’s mission. By connecting strategy to execution, illuminating the path forward with our leaders, and incubating new capabilities, we accelerate the whole company.
In the past 12 months, the BizOps & Strategy team has played an integral role in owning the company’s strategy system, informing Culture Amp’s long-term strategy, and delivering strategic projects in partnership with the business.
Some of the highlights include:
- Driving the integration of our recent People Analytics acquisition
- Designing and facilitating leadership offsites
- Creating and implementing a global company quarterly business review
- Conducting regional market analysis to sharpen our go-to-market strategy
- Identifying pricing and packaging opportunities
- Crafting a hub location strategy recommendation
Once you’re in the seat, you will:
- Lead and foster the BizOps & Strategy team, continuing to drive a culture of high performance and amplifying the impact of the team
- Own and further develop the strategy system, including our operating rhythm, business reviews, and strategic goal setting
- Create alignment and visibility across all levels of the organisation to our strategic goals
- Provide teams with leverage to execute against strategic priorities by spearheading business-critical projects
- Build trusted relationships with the Exec and senior leadership team, as well as other key stakeholders across the business
- Oversee the delivery of strategic insights to support business execution
What you bring to Culture Amp:
- You have 7+ years experience across consulting or investment banking (MBB or top IB preferred), and exposure to working in a high growth startup or scale-up
- You have successfully led and developed a high-performing and collaborative team
- You can build trust quickly and influence across all levels of the organisation, including with Exec and senior leaders
- You have the mindset of a future COO, and have a propensity for designing pragmatic and right-sized strategy processes as the business grows
- You have high standards for yourself and your team, while also being able to deliver complex projects at pace
- You bring an energetic, problem-solving mentality in tackling challenges and operating in ambiguity
- You have strong commercial acumen, bringing a financial and strategic lens to the team and the company
