About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious Junior Sales Representative to join Casu's growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your professional career in a fast-paced startup environment with significant earning potential. You will gain unique insight into a VC-backed tech startup while developing your professional sales skills.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be instrumental in growing Casu’s business customer base through predominantly outbound sales and product demos (typically online, though in-person is encouraged). Our business customers are primarily in the construction industry and range from site-managers, to SME business owners or sole traders, to Human Resource managers at construction businesses. With these varied customer and corporate profiles, we’re looking for someone interested in this diversity. Additionally, with these construction-related businesses being our current, key customers, experience aligned to the construction industry is ideal.
You will be provided with leads, but the right candidate will have the ability, and interest, to source your own through new channels. Being an early-stage, full-time employee, you will also have the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to the development of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Grow Casu’s business customer base through predominantly outbound sales and product demos (typically calls and online)
- Engage potential business users via phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
- Execute, develop and test most effective sales tactics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to implement strategic campaigns and explore growth methods.
- Identify key decision-makers in target industries.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Account management of business users.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and office management.
