About the team
The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale.
What you’ll do
Airwallex is the leading financial technology platform for modern businesses. With one of the world’s most powerful payments infrastructure, our suite of products, software and APIs empower businesses of all sizes to accept payments, move money globally, and simplify their financial operations, all in one single platform.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will support the alignment, optimization, and execution of processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive predictable and sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams, defining sales targets, analyzing data, improving systems, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the revenue cycle.
Responsibilities:

Target setting and incentive design

Process Optimization:

Evaluate and improve workflows across Sales, Account Management Marketing, and sales-related aspects of Operations to enhance productivity.

Identify bottlenecks in revenue operations and recommend actionable solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
-
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Create and maintain dashboards to track revenue performance, pipeline health, and customer trends.

Launch of new products:

CRM & Revenue Systems Improvement:
-
Work with the commercial leaders and our systems team to identify, advocate and help scope the improvements of revenue systems (Salesforce, Outreach etc.). Collaborate with the systems team to ensure improvements are implemented.

Ensure data integrity across platforms and troubleshoot system issues through effective collaboration with our systems team and data teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
-
Act as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and processes.

Collaborate with Sales to streamline deal stages and improve pipeline visibility.

Work closely with the revenue strategy team and commercial leadership to support implementation of strategic “big bets”.

Partner with Marketing to track lead conversion and ROI on campaigns.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and revenue systems like Outreach

Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Clear and effective written and verbal communication

Highly organised with an eye for detail

Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Solid stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
Minimum qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment)

Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

A strong problem-solver with excellent analytical skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Outcome and solution oriented, willing to go “extra mile”
