We’re looking for a skilled Paid Media Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our diverse clients. Your mission is to create impactful campaigns, optimise for success, and continuously drive results. Our perfect candidate thinks outside the box and uses a combination of data, market insights and digital tools to build and optimise social marketing campaigns. You will have proven industry experience and are proactive in keeping up to date with the latest trends and strategies in social media. Your daily tasks will range from building detailed strategies for social ads and content plans, to carefully analysing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Craft and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies that align with each client’s budget, business goals, and marketing objectives.
- Campaign Management: Organise, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms, using data-driven insights to meet client objectives.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with our Graphic Design Team to create persuasive, brand-aligned content that resonates with each client’s audience.
- Quality Assurance & Audits: Conduct audits and quality assurance exercises on accounts to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Tracking & Analytics: Assist in setting up Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking for clients, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate monthly reports that showcase optimisations, results, and the impact of campaigns on client goals.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Campaign Success: Drive measurable improvements in campaign performance and conversions.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure clear communication, maintain high client satisfaction, and align strategies with client goals.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of account management across all client campaigns.
To be considered you’ll have:
- Experience: 2+ years in Paid Media Management with expertise in social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, either client or agency environments)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse campaign data and make informed optimisation decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have Australian working rights
