We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Performance Director with our awesome team in Melbourne.
The role:
As our next Performance Director, you will take a key client facing leadership role responsible for developing world class digital strategies that drive key business outcomes for our clients – being a subject matter expert in SEM, Paid Social, Paid Search, some SEO. Additionally, you will drive the Performance function across the broader team, coaching, developing and building awareness to lift standards and results.
Core responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day quality of strategy and execution across your client digital campaigns
- Develop the skills and knowledge of the team through mentoring, supervision and providing continual feedback on performance
- Hands on campaign lead for your accounts, and a key point of contact for all things Performance – contributing to WIPs, reporting and digital strategy
- Lead Performance Strategy by having an unrivalled knowledge and experience across the different paid media touch points
- Support Client Partner in tracking financial performance of campaigns including revenue tracking
A bit about you:
- Thorough knowledge of paid media tools and analytics platforms such as SA360, GA360, DV360, Facebook Business Manager
- Demonstrated experience running large scale integrated digital campaigns which drives measurable business outcomes
- A thorough understanding of paid media performance channels, and the broader digital ecosystem
- Leadership attributes and ability to influence wider members of the team and client businesses
- Demonstrates a keen understanding of the wider digital ecosystem and the role of performance
