The Role
The Fundraising and Resource Growth Section (FRG) at Oxfam Australia exists to inspire and invite individuals, communities and institutions to contribute their financial support, ideas and resources to advance our shared purpose of achieving a just and sustainable world without poverty.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager in the Supporter Activation unit. You are responsible for designing and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Oxfam's digital channels to acquire, convert and retain supporters at scale and maximise their lifetime value.
Desired Skills and Experience
A little about you (the key selection criteria)
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience developing and implementing digital marketing and communication strategies
Experience managing paid social, paid search and SEO
Experience in project management of digital projects using agile approaches
Experience working with a CMS platform such as Wordpress
Experience working with marketing automation software such as Marketo
