4WD Supacentre is the home of the much-loved brand Adventure Kings, specialising in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products. We are a fast-growing customer-centric business that is looking for the next generation of leaders to support our exponential growth and push the boundaries of achievable. We currently operate 27 stores with another 8 on target this year.

Responsibilities:

Support the setting of priorities for improvements to the eCommerce sites.
Develop strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
Ensure that the eCommerce sites support the businesses operating and sales objectives.
Ensure all content on the site/s is accurate and up to date.
Directing the activities of copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
Develop briefs and requirements for software developers.
Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Reporting on site performance, improvements, and strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3+years of experience in ecommerce management or related field
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
