We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to bring Universal Store to a diverse community, engaging our customers through compelling and meaningful content.

About the Role:
You'll have an opportunity to work across a range for brands including Neovision, Thrills, Worship, Common Need, Abrand, Perfect Stranger, Lioness, Crocs + more. This is the perfect opportunity to flex your creativity and be part of a growing ASX listed business. The successful candidate will have a great understanding of industry, be socially native, enjoy collaboration, have a knack for creating engaging social content and can dive into the analytics to measure performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Coordinate the strategic approach to marketing our business across multiple social media platforms in relation to our campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Content Creation: Generate high-quality, highly engaging content through multiple digital visual mediums (video, photography, graphics, and editing, aligning to the brand and business objectives.
Community Engagement: Foster a positive brand relationship with our audience and SM influencers, whilst also responding to community interactions (comments, likes, tags, and direct messages).
Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on social media engagement metrics, including growth, conversions, and performance against KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimise future business decisions.

What we would like to see from you:

A passion for social media and staying ahead of digital trends.
At least 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community management.
Strong analytical skills to measure performance and inform strategies.
Exceptional attention to detail and creative flair.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and basic Photoshop (preferred but not essential).
