About the Role
As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will:
- Be the Brand Ambassador, championing the Parra Leagues brand with integrity and ensuring consistent, positive representation across all touchpoints.
- Lead the marketing communications strategy to drive member engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Map and optimise customer journeys, enhancing every stage of interaction and ensuring exceptional member experiences.
- Develop and execute impactful social media strategies to build a vibrant and engaged online community.
- Oversee content creation that aligns with Parra Leagues’ voice, vision, and goals.
- Foster community engagement through partnerships with local media, influencers, and organizations.
- Use analytics and reporting to measure success, refine strategies, and showcase ROI.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- At least 5 years in marketing communications, with expertise in CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.
Skills:
- Exceptional content creation, editorial, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital tools, and social media management.
- Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Driver’s licence and transport for travel between venues.
