Introduction

THE ROLE

Mulpha Australia is one of the country’s most strategic real estate debt and equity investors in leisure, residential and commercial property development and retail and office sectors. We have an amazing portfolio of world class destinations, businesses, luxury properties and products.

In this role you will support the Sanctuary Cove Marketing Manager with the execution of marketing strategies for several key business units namely The Marine Village, Country Club, Marina and other projects including Sanctuary Cove Community engagement.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to.

Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material including briefs to printers and booked advertising and media requirements
Work with the digital marketing manager and relevant teams to create high-quality content for social media channels including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram and constantly analyse results
Creation and distribution of email newsletters and memos on time
Work with the Graphic Design team to produce and design various digital and printed marketing material including flyers, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, signage and digital content. Create digital artworks for campaigns using Canva and HubSpot when required
Day to day management and optimisation of all websites, microsites and brand sites.
Brief campaigns and gather quotations from suppliers ensuring spend limitation and budgets are adhered to
Manage events and contractors for events to ensure scheduled events run smoothly and on time across a twelve-month marketing plan
Develop and implement a content strategy, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners and retailers to create, curate and implement strong content across all digital platforms.

YOUR BACKGROUND

2-3 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised and able to manage time and prioritise tasks.
Reliable and flexible with requirements to work sometimes on weekends or evenings for event execution
Experience managing events
Demonstrated success in utilising social media as a marketing tool
Computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as required.
Deadline orientated and driven.
Good accuracy and attention to detail
