Key aspects of this role
- Joining a small, founder-led data team to service the entire business
- Building & maintaining a data warehouse to level up internal reporting capabilities
- Enabling company wide, self-service reporting
- Bringing software engineering practices into data engineering
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
- Skills in modelling and querying data in SQL and Python
- Experience with ETL/ELT tooling including DBT and Dagster/Airflow
- 2+ years experience in Data Engineering
- Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action

- Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role [~ 1 hour]
- You’ll receive a short assessment to complete [~ 2 hours]
- Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
- If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
