The Technical Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of platform initiatives across enterprise systems. Collaborating with Scrum Masters, Platform Delivery Managers, and development teams, the role focuses on delivering impactful products, standardising processes, and optimising product lifecycles. The role also emphasises customer-centric outcomes, market analysis, and driving innovation to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and market trends.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document technical and business requirements and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and set project scope.
- Oversee the assessment and documentation of existing system configurations, processes, and areas for improvement.
- Drive the execution of transformational projects by managing deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage change management strategies to support successful product implementations and updates.
- Facilitate training programs for stakeholders on new systems and processes.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed in team operations, utilising frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Analyse and mitigate risks associated with technical and business changes.
- Monitor the impact of product releases and identify opportunities for further optimisation.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives to ensure end-user satisfaction and usability.
Who are you?
- 7+ years in technical product management, focused on transformational enterprise projects.
- Proven experience in creating and managing platform/product roadmaps aligned with business objectives for complex, multi-faceted systems.
- Expertise in analysing and translating complex business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications in diverse enterprise environments.
- Ability to thoroughly assess and document current system implementations, configurations, and processes in preparation for transformational projects.
- Strong experience in leading workshops to define project scope and gather requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in assessing the business and technical impact, creating appropriate solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Managed the delivery of complex projects, including pre-project estimations, incident management, training, and warranty support.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies to support new product implementations and updates in evolving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and introduce new technologies or processes to improve product outcomes.
