Reporting to the Client Project Director, the Client Project Executive is responsible for the delivery of smaller, less complex integrated campaigns across the News Corp suite of brands and integrated products. There is a strong focus on promoting the correct brand adoption across our suite of commercial integrated products on client campaigns that result in success for clients, profitability for our revenue targets, client partnership renewal and client growth. There is a need for efficiency and simplicity in process, communications and deliverables all of which are core to the team on a day to day basis.
The Client Project Executive will collaborate with the Client Partnership teams, NCA sales, NCA Product and Partnerships teams, the NCA Content Coalition and NCA Commercial Editorial where relevant to ensure the seamless execution of all small commercial brand integrated campaigns that are delivered on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive state-based Client Partnership revenue by leading campaigns that achieve client objectives, foster renewals, and support growth.
- Collaborate on national campaign delivery to meet broader revenue goals.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Implement best-in-market project management tools and workflows, adapting processes for effective delivery.
- Identify and share trends, results, and best practices across campaigns and categories.
- Support strategic initiatives by executing the Client Partnerships vision and operating rhythms.
- Adhere to Client Partnerships standards, processes, and templates, addressing challenges as they arise.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with scope.
- Partner with Sales to manage and execute integrated client campaigns.
- Foster a high-performance environment, contributing to a collaborative, respectful culture aligned with News Corp values.
Who are you?
- Some experience working in a sales, media, product or integration team within media, advertising, marketing, events or publishing industries.
- Some experience in managing integrated campaigns and leading the end to end output of client campaigns.
- Proven track record of maintaining strong and positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Some experience working across different media platforms with an understanding of the different types of creative, content and products that can be delivered.
- A results-oriented problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Sound knowledge of advertising and media, integrated marketing, content and data.
- An eye for detail with experience communicating effectively with clients.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, overcoming issues in positive ways and building lasting partnerships.
- Highly organised and collaborative; efficiently manages responsibilities.
- Upbeat, can-do attitude; calm under pressure and negotiates respectfully.
