What you’ll do
- Integrating different technologies, components and or APIs to deliver seamless capabilities and customer experiences & Independently engage business, technology, design, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements of initiatives they are working on.
- Lead architectural discussions and key technology decisions with stakeholders, guiding future state architecture and supporting the prioritisation of the tech strategy.
- Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace & Create Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind the initiatives that they are working on.
- Support production deployment of Bots and assist with validation and monitoring of live systems/applications & Contributing towards continuous improvement of the development processes and practices and follow high coding standards.
- Ability to create and define a development approach for any given context and produce high value artefacts.
What you’ll bring
- 4-5 years’ experience as a senior full stack engineer with an overall experience of 10-12 years’ with strong programming skills in Node JS and building APIs (strong experience in NodeJS, Typescript/Javascript).
- Excellent experience/skills in building robust and secure Microservice APIs.
- Cloud technology development experience (GCP or Azure or AWS).
- Experience in developing & implementing bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs) & Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems.
- Agile mindset and an attitude of innovation, always keen to learn and try new things.
