We’re looking for someone to join our Pricing team within our Client Partnership team. You will be highly analytical and able to implement a data driven approach to influence business decisions. Using your commercial acumen you will work with sales to improve sales through rates and increase revenue. As the Senior Pricing Analyst you will be the first point of contact for the product teams.
The role:
- Review current advertising pricing across print, digital and audio products to assist in the formulation and implementation of the pricing strategy.
- Manipulate and analyse large data sets to understand business drivers.
- Work directly with Product teams to develop and communicate pricing recommendations and justify to influence sales outcomes.
- Build commercial models to evaluate commercial impact of pricing initiatives.
- Distilling data to provide actionable insights
Who are you?
- Demonstrated experience in a Commercial or Analytical role.
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks without supervision.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and large complex data sets.
- Previous exposure to media is highly advantageous though not essential.
- Methodical analytical mindset and comfortable working with complex data sets.
- Able to interpret and analyse large data sets from multiple sources to provide business recommendations.
- Experience modelling data through Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven track record of working autonomously.
- Advanced experience using Excel and Powerpoint & Google Suite.
- Tableau, Looker (Desirable but not essential).
