About the Role
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to join and support our Marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Marketing Team Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support across the team. Your responsibilities will include managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating diaries and documents, organising workshops and events, and processing invoices efficiently.
This role is essential to the success of our Marketing function, ensuring critical daily tasks stay on track and are completed to a high standard. Your contribution will support the team in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive diary management, with the ability to forward plan
- Develop task list for upcoming activities and week and follow up in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate and prepare relevant documents, correspondence and presentations
- Coordinate and manage events such as workshops
- Processing invoices and monitoring and updating marketing budget
- Meeting preparation, including scheduling and agenda planning, keeping records of decisions and coordination/follow up
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the firm, as well as external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
About You:
- Personable nature with the ability to build rapport with people at different levels
- Solid Microsoft office skills and high competency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and attributes
- Well-developed communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Outstanding customer service attributes that include customer focus, active listening, and the ability to handle sensitive information
