Specifically, a Head of Customer & Digital Experience
In this exciting opportunity, you will be cross-functionally leading this customer experience-led agenda, with a strong focus on the app experience, to deliver industry leading CX outcomes and build preference and advocacy for the new AMP Bank.
What matters
- Extensive experience in customer experience leadership roles, with proven ability to define and execute customer experience programs to deliver industry leading customer outcomes
- Proven experience in designing, building and optimising native mobile apps which customers strongly advocate for
- Competent understanding of digital design principles
- Proven experience of partnership through SAAS model to build customer experiences that are differentiated in market
- Cross industry and global experiences preferred, to bring the best of market approaches
- Proven ability to adapt to, and lead people within an agile operating environment
- Ability to contribute to the development of business plans and present in senior leadership environments
- Understanding of competitors propositions and industry trends and as they relate to banking

You’ll help us build the new AMP Bank from scratch, and shape the culture the wider AMP business adopts. A lot of it will be trial and error and making mistakes, so you need to be comfortable with things not always going to plan. We are.
And we’re 110% in this together. So, you won’t go it alone, but you will be called to muck in and play your part. This is no place to hide. We want your ideas to be heard and celebrated. It’s about moving fast, working together and being transparent in everything we do.
