About the role
We are seeking a Senior Advisor Digital Content to join our team within the Brand, Content and Digital team. As the Senior Advisor and expert in Digital Content, you will develop user-centric digital marketing strategies, frameworks and campaigns, providing comprehensive and consistent corporate messaging.
This role requires strong technical ability and in-depth knowledge of platforms and solutions to enhance website user-experience and user-interface (UX/UI), understanding of digital content optimisation strategies and personalisation tools.
Good project management skills and knowledge of managing website build projects are a key requirement of this role, as well as understanding of technical solutions for integration on websites to support business needs.

About You
You are an enthusiastic and digital savvy professional with proven experience in engaging and using multiple digital platforms.
Ideally you have experience dealing with stakeholders across multiple business units, departments and sectors to identify and propose innovative strategies to address business needs and enhance delivery of effective digital communication frameworks. You will also have:

Demonstrated experience of contemporary digital communications channels and website management platforms (including content management systems, tools to optimise customer experiences and digital content)

Experience developing and implementing digital communications strategies and delivering engaging content to both targeted and diverse audiences, often to tight deadlines.

Knowledge of web management products and solutions, including basic knowledge of latest technology integrations and industry best practices

Good project management skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant professional experience.
