About the Role
In this newly created role and under the wing of an experienced Commercial leader, you will have full ownership and strategic drive on the development, design and delivery of our sales enablement programs across Domain – helping our Sales teams do more of what they do best, and do it better. You will lead a small but powerful Sales Enablement team – setting visions, goals, overseeing sales training, and developing a roadmap that takes the business on a journey towards a more customer-centric sales focus and an evolved approach to building trusted partnerships.
This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with Commercial Leadership, have high visibility across all business units, deliver capabilities that are highly sought after and welcomed by the business, and plug in to a fantastic team with a strong work ethic that have been upskilled very well.
Location: Pyrmont, Sydney
In a typical day you can expect to:

Set the vision and goals for the enablement function and develop a structure, framework and roadmap around sales enablement.

Own the execution of the strategy including planning, design and delivery of programs.

Oversee sales training for product knowledge and capability building to improve the ability of Sales teams to articulate and inform customers for a more engaging sales / buying experience.

Leadership and upskilling of a highly capable Sales Enablement team to take them beyond their current capabilities.

Optimise the onboarding experience to accelerate new hire time to strong performance.

Track and report on impact and outcomes to ensure that programs are delivering against key success metrics.

Participate in cross-functional projects as part of Commercial Strategy and GTM teams.
Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIAL:
-
7-10 years experience designing and developing sales enablement frameworks and programs for customer-facing teams.
-
Experience leading or managing B2B sales enablement resources and content creation.
-
Strong presentation skills and hands-on approach to salespeople and leaders.
-
Program management experience.
-
5 years people management experience.
-
Strong prioritisation and organisation skills.
