We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as an IT Technical Lead reporting to the Senior Manager, myIT Technology & Operations
A bit about your role
The IT Technical Lead is responsible for driving continuous service improvement in end user technology and IT support, ensuring platforms like Intune, O365, and Windows 11 provide a seamless IT experience and meet Essential 8 security standards. This role involves identifying process gaps, offering SME support, and providing hands-on technical assistance for escalations.
Key responsibilities include managing mobility within nbn, leading end user technology projects, and implementing service improvements to enhance IT experience, security, and functionality. The role also includes acting as a technical escalation point to support and uplift team expertise.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will have over good years of IT service experience in a large corporation, experience with vendor or outsourced services, and a strong background in ITIL environments. They should possess excellent customer service skills, flexibility, diplomacy, and effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
Additionally, they should have expertise in Incident and Problem Management, report writing, identifying process gaps, and fostering teamwork. Proficiency in IT environments and support systems like Office 365, Teams, Citrix, Intune, and Windows 11 is crucial. Adherence to nbn policies and safety procedures is mandatory. Any knowledge or experience of IT environments and support systems, including Microsoft Defender, Entra, IT security technologies, JAMF, networking, macOS, and servers is beneficial.
