We are hiring a Collaboration Specialist.
The role of a Collaboration Specialist is crucial to keeping Blackmores’ Microsoft 365 solution performing in optimal condition and requires technical and strategic direction.
You will be responsible for providing leadership for our geographically dispersed workforce to deliver the best user experience through engineering support and design to drive excellence, quality and performance of IT services.
You will need to follow our flexible work arrangement of working 2 days from home and 3 days from either of our two work sites in New South Wales: Surry Hills or Warriewood.
What will you do?

Provide specialist operational management, including technical support, maintenance, and diagnostic analysis for Teams and SharePoint Online.

Employ PowerShell to streamline and oversee SharePoint administrative functions.

Leverage AvePoint for data management, backup, and recovery tasks.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's proficiency with Teams and SharePoint Online.

Participate in the design, implementation, refinement, and maintenance of collaboration services processes, procedures, and technologies.

Ensure strong governance of Microsoft 365 by managing content lifecycle, enforcing access and compliance policies, and maintaining well-structured Teams and SharePoint environments.

Develop and maintain high-quality design and support documentation.

Advocate for collaboration tools within the business, promoting their adoption and highlighting their benefits.

Assist with the rollout of M365 Copilot, ensuring smooth implementation and integration within existing workflows.

Provide training and support to users on effectively utilizing Copilot to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Stay abreast of the latest features and capabilities of MS 365 collaboration tools, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Who are you?

Proficient and seasoned Collaboration Specialist with a comprehensive grasp of the Microsoft 365 Platform, particularly SharePoint Online and Teams.

Expertise in optimizing and managing collaboration tools, including the rollout of M365 Copilot.

Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in conducting training sessions, facilitating workshops, and engaging with key stakeholders.
