As a People Insights Analyst, you’ll transform complex people data into actionable insights. You’ll partner with P&C and business teams to analyse trends, build dashboards and tools, and create compelling reports that drive strategic decision-making. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on employee experience and business outcomes.

Strong background in data analytics, designing and developing data integration and visualisation solutions.
