The Group Manager for Integrated Delivery is a National Operational role responsible for leading, collaborating, developing and delivering integrated, digital & digital audio solutions for our clients. By doing this, you will ensure internal and external client and stakeholder satisfaction and use your leadership talents to develop and retaining the best talent.

Core to role is:

the ongoing refinement of a best-in-market experience & performance benchmarks

coaching, developing & training ID team members and managing performance towards agreed outcomes

a focus on improving outcomes through campaign performance and digital platform ROI

regularly reviewing processes and deliverables in response to changing market conditions.

This role is highly operational and core to success is the day-to-day management of the Integrated Delivery team and their workflow across the team functions including; digital ad operations, project management, content and design.

Working with the CREATE leadership team, you will work on team projects (from strategy to execution of plan as required) and will drive high-performance outcomes through effective team operations to achieve revenue goals and qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.

Skills to ensure your success in this role include:

The proven ability to thrive under pressure, and regularly communicate with all stakeholders in a written and verbal capacity to effectively manage expectations and internal perceptions.

Subject matter expert and ambassador in digital, digital audio and podcasting campaign management

Proven experience in leading the team through coaching and demonstrating expertise in processes, campaign implementation and critical thinking to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.

Campaign performance management, tracking and reporting as required

Campaign budget and profitability management

Third party supplier campaign negotiations and ongoing relationship management

Enforcing campaign legality requirements including but not limited to data management and promotion laws
