We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Director with our awesome team in Sydney. With a core focus in Offline Media, and additional input on Digital Strategy, the scope of this role presents the opportunity to continue your exposure to all facets of media planning and strategy, using channels both online and offline to help solve for our clients’ business challenges.
Your immediate responsibilities will include the ownership of our relationship with our clients, a lead role in our media strategy and planning, the management and development of your client team, and the management of your team P&L.
Core responsibilities:
- Day to day leadership of our client relationships, the ownership and oversight of ongoing campaign planning and brief responses (including the integration of our Strategy, Investment, and Programmatic teams)
- Effectively manage direct reports to ensure progression through the agency; including recruitment, performance reviews, development plans, feedback and training
- Leading external agencies (digital and creative) in delivering integrated projects
- Responsible for the connectivity, consistency and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including; strategy, comms planning and investment and optimization
- Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drive seamless delivery and profitability of account

- Working experience with TV, OOH and Digital Planning tools
- Excellent analytical skillset and proven ability to draw data driven insights in a planning heavy environment
