Based in Sydney, we are seeking an expert and dynamic Associate Director, IP & Cyber to lead and manage a team of IP and cyber security specialists. You will be responsible for the Satellite ground IP networks, associated IT infrastructure, cyber security, and related management tools. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with cyber and network security requirements, policies, standards, and legislations, Government cyber security frameworks.
Your day in the life of Associate Director, Cyber at Optus

Lead and mentor a team of Technical Specialists and Network Engineers to design, architect, implement, and manage Satellite IP networks and cyber security platforms.

Ensure compliance with cyber and network security requirements, policies, standards, and legislations.

Develop and deliver key initiatives, roadmaps, and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for Satellite IP & Cyber platforms, tools, and capabilities.
About you!

Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline with substantial experience in IP and Cyber Security.

Demonstrated skills and experience in cyber security compliance, processes, risk management, controls, threats, and responses.
