About the Role
Are you ready to take ownership, drive change, and build something impactful? We’re looking for a Shared Services Manager – HR Operations to lead and evolve our HR service delivery function, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively across Australia and the Philippines.
This is not just a BAU support role—it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll bring structure, clarity, and innovation to a growing team, setting the standard for best practices in HR shared services.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the HR shared services function, ensuring timely and effective ticket resolution for employee queries.

Define and embed SLAs and KPIs, improving efficiency and service delivery.

Work closely with teams across Australia and the Philippines, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.

Drive process optimization and system improvements, leveraging tools like JIRA and HRIS to streamline operations.

Build a strong team culture, setting clear expectations and empowering team members to succeed.
What We’re Looking For

HR Shared Services or High-Volume Service Delivery Experience – You don’t need HR-specific experience, but you must understand what good looks like in shared service operations team- End to End HR Experience highly regarded

Navigate a complex environment, build and set the standard of how the shared services ops team operates, partners, solves

Tech-Savvy Problem Solver – Comfortable working with HRIS, JIRA, and troubleshooting and solves problems

Resilience & Adaptability – Thrives in high-pressure situations and enjoys leading teams through transformation.

Strategic & Hands-On Leadership – A mix of big-picture thinking and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
