About the Role
As our People & Performance Consultant, you’ll play a key role in bringing Domain’s people initiatives to life. You’ll partner closely with leadership teams and cross-functional groups to execute talent and performance frameworks, manage diverse employee relations matters, and champion organisational change. Your impact will directly shape Domain’s culture, performance, and growth.
What you’ll be doing

Implementing HR frameworks across performance, succession planning, and talent management.

Engaging directly with business leaders, acting as a critical link between HR strategy and practical execution.

Driving change management initiatives to enhance adaptability and resilience across teams.

Collaborating with People Experience, Employee Relations, and Shared Services to deliver holistic solutions.

Educating and coaching leaders to simplify complex HR concepts into practical, actionable outcomes.
What We’re Looking For

Experienced in HR business partnering within complex, fast-paced environments.

Skilled in employment law, HR best practices, and familiar with matrix organisations.

Confident facilitator, adept at influencing senior stakeholders and delivering engaging learning experiences.

Systems thinker who can connect initiatives to broader business strategies, ensuring integrated execution.

Data-driven, with experience leveraging analytics for informed decision-making.

Skilled in change management, able to lead transformational projects and navigate evolving business contexts.
