What you’ll do
We are looking for a thoughtful Account Executive with entry-level experience or a recent graduate eager to dive into the dynamic world of digital marketing. Reporting to our Head of Performance and Account Managers, you will join a motivated and passionate team of performance marketers working with our diverse and exciting brand partners in the e-commerce space.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for;
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager and Channel Leads to plan, organise, and execute various marketing projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative tasks to maintain the functionality and coordination of client marketing activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Social Media Management: Lead and manage client social media engagement, overseeing their social media channels to enhance their online presence and community interaction.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling copy for client marketing campaigns, ensuring all content is engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Program Support: Assist in the execution of various marketing and advertising programs, contributing to the overall success of client campaigns.
- Data Gathering: Collect and analyse data for marketing reports, providing valuable insights to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with trends, insights, and best media practices across all relevant platforms, ensuring our strategies are current and effective.
- Paid Social Campaigns: Support the development and implementation of paid social media campaigns, optimising for performance and engagement.
Experience you’ll bring

- Agency experience preferred

- Screening: Our hiring team will review your CV, cover letter, and screening questions. These points of reference combined help us understand you and your motivation better.
- Technical Interview: In our first meeting, we’ll deep-dive into your technical skills, experience, and special talents. You may be asked to do some prep on a case study or take-home task, but we’ll let you know beforehand.
- Culture-Fit Interview: If your technical fit is bang on we’ll want to know if we’re a fit culturally. This interview is designed to help us assess alignment on core values and ways of working.
- Reference Checks and Offer: At this final stage of our process we’ll do reference checks with two contacts before extending you an offer.
