The Role
The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the digital acquisition, nurturing, and optimisation of VentureCrowd’s digital products in the venture capital and property investing sectors. You will work closely with product experts in our Ventures and Property teams, alongside our marketing and tech teams, to ensure the commercial success of each product launched on our platform.You will own the entire digital funnel, from lead acquisition to conversion and retention, ensuring a smooth and optimised digital journey. This includes running evergreen campaigns to attract a consistent flow of high-quality leads and maintaining a strong pipeline of founders and investors. You will also collaborate with our tech, analytics and AI teams to ensure data-driven decision-making at every stage and the scalability of digital growth activities.
About you
Investor & Founder Acquisition: Lead the digital acquisition strategy to attract high-quality investors and founders to the VentureCrowd platform. Develop multi-channel campaigns that effectively target and convert potential users, with a strong focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Build and optimise campaigns that nurture leads into marketing-qualified opportunities, ensuring the highest possible conversion rates across the digital funnel. Design and execute evergreen campaigns to maintain a steady pipeline of leads and opportunities.Support for VentureCrowd’s Self-Serve Products: Collaborate with product experts, marketing, and tech teams to ensure the success of the digital self-serve product for Founders. Assist founders as they digitally create capital raise pages, learn how to raise capital, and launch live campaigns on the platform. While the process is designed to be self-serve, be ready to step in with customer success skills and engage directly with Founders to enable their progression through the digital journey.Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Use digital analytics tools to monitor campaign and journey performance and optimise based on data-driven insights. Work closely with our analytics and AI team to measure the right data points and ensure continuous insight-based improvement.Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including product experts, content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective execution of campaigns.Experimentation & Optimisation: Continuously experiment with different strategies, content, and designs to improve campaign performance. Implement and optimise budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum ROI.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and conversion optimisation trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge and competitive campaigns.
My Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign management, ideally with exposure to the venture capital, property, or financial sectors, with a proven ability to drive both customer satisfaction and commercial success.Strong understanding of digital acquisition and conversion strategies through multi-channel campaigns (search, social, email, display, organic), with proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4). Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms is highly desirable. Experience using Asana or similar task management systems is highly desirable.Experience collaborating with product, tech, and cross-functional teams to ensure the success of digital products and guide users through digital journeys, such as creating and optimising content or campaigns. Able to transfer these skills to help founders navigate and succeed with our self-serve capital-raising product.Proven track record of fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project success. Known for being a team player and easy to work with.Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders while making data-driven decisions to optimise performance.A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, particularly in startup settings or working with founders.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and embracing change.
