The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a broad skill set and a product marketing background. This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead all marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with an outsourced marketing agency to execute strategies aligned with business goals. You will work hand-in-hand with the Sales Manager and internal stakeholders, driving brand visibility and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business, internal teams, and the outsourced agency.
- Manage content creation, including blogs, social media, photography, and videography.
- Update and maintain product information across platforms, including websites.
- Oversee lead generation activities such as telemarketing and EDM campaigns.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining accountability across teams.
- Use automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed
- A true marketing generalist for at least 3 years with a strong grasp of all marketing fundamentals.
- Experience in product marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Comfortable being the sole marketing resource in a small, close-knit team.
- Stable work history and excellent references.
- Proficiency in basic design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Experience updating and managing websites using Wordpress
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable liaising with external agencies.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Tech-savviness and a passion for implementing automation.
- Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing strategies.

We are offering a healthy basic salary ranging between $80 - $95K depending on experience plus superannuation and standard holiday leave with other incentives coming in 2025. This is a part-time role so salary will be pro-rated depending on weekly hours.
