The mission of the Field Marketing team at Explorance is to support the prospect and customer go-to-market sales teams at a regional level through all marketing channels. This includes industry conference, Explorance-led events, virtual summits, social and campaigns. Additionally, the Field Marketing team serves as the voice of regional sales team to the global marketing team and represents the voice of marketing and is a partner to the regional sales teams. The objective is to support, create, accelerate, and expand the sales pipeline with our direct sellers and partner ecosystem.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious, motivated, and collaborative field marketing coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. The candidate will work closely with the GM for APAC and the sales team and as part of the Explorance Global Field Marketing team, to assist in coordinating and executing various campaigns and activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and execute booth strategy for industry conferences
- Manage and execute Explorance led events such as seminars and workshops
- Assist in organizing annual customer user group event in region
- Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing programs, campaigns, and digital activities including webinars
- Research and identify segment marketing opportunities, such as events and sponsorships.
- Work on email nurtures using HubSpot

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient with time management
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Have a curious mind to be open to learning new knowledge and skills
- Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions and strong working relationships across marketing and sales teams
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take on new initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
- Required Travel: Key events and meetings
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel,
- Demonstrated understanding of audiences and marketing concepts related to the B2B high-tech or software industry is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of contact relationship management (Salesforce) and Marketing automation software (HubSpot)
Other Requirements
- The position is office based, 5 days per week and candidates must have full/unrestricted working rights in Australia.
