What’s the role?
The UX Designer will report to the Head of Data Ad Product, and assist them with owning and delivering successful user journeys that improve the usability and continued adoption of the Intent Connect (SaaS Platform).
This is a fulltime, permanent role based out of our Surry Hills office (next to Central station). Flexible working is available with 2 days WFH during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver user-centric design solutions that meet team goals and business objectives
Understand current user challenges and design effective solutions to improve the user experience
Deliver and take ownership for high-quality UX outcomes
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Leads and engineering teams to deliver effective product solutions
Build on current design system, to develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, specification and other design documents to communicate design ideas
Be a champion of a lean and human-centred design approach to product development
Who are you?
2+ years in a UX/UI Design role
Skilled with Figma, Jira, Google Suite, Monday.com
Creative, passionate and has a keen eye for storytelling - someone who can take an idea and create something unique, emotive and persuasive
Ideally Degree qualified with a major in digital design or similar
Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management is critical
Ability to influence internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience
Excellent time-management and attention to detail
