About The Job
As our first product marketing manager, you will be instrumental in driving our product-led growth (PLG) strategy across the US, UK, and Australia. Your primary focus will be to launch new features at scale and help build understanding quickly. You'll position our AI medical scribe as the industry leader, crafting impactful messaging that deeply connects with our target audience. You will not only be coming in as the first product marketing manager, but also have an opportunity to build a team around you to best support the business.

What you will do:
Build out product marketing campaigns from end-to-end, focusing on delivering high quality content that is easily consumable and helpful for clinicians
Work closely with engineering, product and design to create collateral and refine Lyrebird’s product positioning and messaging to differentiate us with competitors and drive brand awareness.
Monitoring competitor and industry activity; you must track competitor growth, and ensure that we are always winning.
Develop customer-facing marketing materials and activations, such as pitch decks, webinars, and events, to empower sales teams in effectively communicating our solution to customers.
Collaborate with the product team to optimise the onboarding experience, driving activation, adoption, retention, and account expansion, including using in-app messaging to guide users, highlight key features, and collect feedback.
