We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave in our Wealth Management business unit. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive our marketing strategy, lead campaigns, and create powerful brand experiences that engage our customers.
This role is a parental leave cover 12 month fixed term contract, considering only Sydney based candidates.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

Campaign Management: Lead and execute go-to-market campaigns, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.

Events Management: Plan, coordinate, and deliver impactful events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Iress and engage key audiences.

Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, case studies, videos, and sales collateral.

Performance & Budget Management: Analyse campaign performance, optimise marketing efforts, and ensure initiatives stay within budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Office teams to align marketing strategies.

Team Leadership: Mentor and support a marketing team member, fostering their professional growth and success.
What you will bring:

5+ years’ experience in marketing or communications, within the financial services or technology industries. Experience in the wealth sector would be highly regarded.

Strong project management and organisational skills to juggle multiple deadlines.

Experience working across cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales.

A proactive and self-driven mindset, with a passion for driving business impact.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
-
Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), GA4, and Looker is highly regarded.
