About the role:
As a Sales Executive at Tyro, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by managing the full sales cycle of inbound leads. With a strong pipeline generated through direct marketing and strategic partnerships, you'll have the opportunity to engage with potential customers, qualify their needs, and guide them through a seamless sales journey.
What you'll do:

Own the full sales cycle – manage inbound leads from initial contact to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Engage with potential customers – quickly qualify leads and understand their business needs to offer tailored payment solutions.

Work at pace – manage a high volume of inbound leads, prioritising timely follow-ups to maximise conversion rates.

Close deals efficiently – drive prospects through the sales cycle, managing quotes, follow-ups, and application completion.

Track performance – use Salesforce to manage your pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on sales activities.

Be proactive – maintain a high volume of outbound activity via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads and increase conversions.
What you'll bring:

Sales experience – 1-3 years in a sales environment, ideally managing your own pipeline and closing deals.

A results-driven mindset – motivated by achieving targets and continuously improving your sales approach.

Resilience and adaptability – comfortable working in a high-energy, evolving sales environment with multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills – able to build relationships, handle objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.

Tech-savvy approach – experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and an understanding of payment or fintech solutions is a plus.
Bonus: If you speak Mandarin, that’s a big plus as we engage with a diverse customer base!
