Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to lead the planning, operations, and execution of brand experiences and partnerships within Nine Publishing. Working alongside the Client Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing brand activations, events, and social media strategies to enhance client engagement, grow revenue and strengthen brand footprint in the activation space. This role involves working with Nine Publishing's diverse client and product portfolio, including travel and luxury brands, to drive innovative media and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute brand activations, events, and promotions aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content partnerships, editorial, and audience growth teams.
- Oversee logistics including vendor management, client onboarding, venue arrangements, and event execution.
- Track event performance and provide post-event insights for future optimisation.
- Curate and amplify content from brand experiences to drive future business.
- Work with social media teams to meet partner deliverables and assist with content creation.
- Engage with followers and monitor performance across social channels.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing campaign inclusions such as competitions, offers, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver subscriber communications and campaign offers.
- Provide administrative support for key campaigns and projects within the Client Partnerships team.
This role may require occasional travel for events and activations, as well as flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Qualifications
What we would like to see:
- Proven experience in media, event coordination, social media management, or B2B marketing (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience.
- Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or travel brands will be advantageous.
- Solid understanding of print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media management tools.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for media and events.
