We have a rare Contract opportunity for a talented and confident media leader to join our iPro Sydney team for a 3-month engagement as Client Partner. This is a great opportunity to jump in, engage with our energized and ambitious teams and caretake some of our wonderful clients whilst covering Long Service Leave.
The role:
As our interim Client Partner your immediate responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the oversight, leadership, and elevation of our client relationships and output as a team, the ownership and delivery against a joint P&L and revenue targets, and the identification and contribution towards new business and inter-network cross-sell opportunity.
Core responsibilities:
- Nurture, support and empower the integrated team to develop and leverage media partner relationships and deliver exceptional results for your clients
- Lead the strategic resource management of the team to ensure workflows are sustainable and support work life balance
- Ensure team alignment across workflow management, operational processes, ways of working and effective delivery
- Leverage your deep understanding of brand and marketing strategies to support your team in effective translation of this internally and to senior stakeholders
- Hold strategic and meaningful discussions across the entire communications mix including media, technology and digital transformation
A bit about you:
- First and foremost you are a people leader with demonstrated experience leading large or complex teams
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to speak to senior stakeholders and partners, actively contributing and adding value through your deep strategic understanding of the media marketplace
- Exemplary presentation skills with a proven track record for leading new business opportunities and pitches
- Proven experience in people management and building meaningful relationships with team members and the wider agency team
- Highly effective commercial and business acumen and proven experience running a total team P&L and budget management.
- Experience across a mix of disciplines to bring an integrated lean to your role
This role will require you to have a strong understanding of the AU media landscape, and the usage and understanding of industry tools – you will need to hit the ground running, demonstrating your ability to leverage existing relationships in industry and high level Client leadership experience within agency.
