About the role
As a Content & Social Media Coordinator, you’ll work alongside our Marketing team to develop digital content and social media activity to achieve firm’s objectives and content strategy goals. Working collaboratively, you will be involved with executing content and social media activity to increase website visits and qualified leads.
This role reports into the Content and Social Media Lead in our Marketing teams.
This role would be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Develop and source engaging content for the firm’s website and social media channels, including writing, recording, and editing.
- Maintain a content calendar for the firm’s blog.
- Support in implementing digital content strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Execute the social media strategy, ensuring compliance with advertising regulations.
- Oversee moderation and escalation on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Analyse performance reports to optimise digital content and social media efforts.
The experience we are looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or related field.
- 3+ years experience implementing digital content campaigns across websites, social media, EDMs and advertising.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Strong skills in digital writing, blogs, and social media content production.
- Ability to independently research complex topics in order to produce accessible and educative content.
- In-depth understanding of digital content strategies, platforms, and marketing campaigns.
