The Opportunity
The Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at Adobe’s Enterprise customers to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers’ digital transformation and new experience-led business models.
With the APAC market rapidly accelerating, we require a Digital Strategist based in Australia, to support the analysis for and participate in DSG Strategy Engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers. This role with work within the DSG Retail, Travel and Hospitality Industry Practice leads across APAC
As a Digital Strategy Consultant (APAC), you will take part in strategy engagements (typically 2 to 6 weeks each) with current and prospective Adobe customers on the biggest deals in APAC. For each engagement, you will be part of a high performing team (in areas such as digital marketing, customer-experience design, digital analytics and Value modelling) to conduct analyses and interviews, develop insights, identify use cases, model commercial value and deliver your findings and recommendations – outlining the value potential enabled by Adobe solutions/technologies by industry.
You will be a Strategic thinker and thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases, business case modelling, and relevant research and thought leadership in your industry. You will bring real-world digital transformation knowledge to customers across sectors to drive business growth, optimize customer experience, amplify brand awareness, lower costs and improve productivity.
This role offers rich opportunities to develop as a customer leader, thought leader, and business leader. You will have frequent opportunities to interact with and influence senior decision makers. There are opportunities to learn the Cloud business, AI-infused technologies and develop your network as you collaborate with people across Adobe, including from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services. You will also help scale the Digital Strategy group by improving our methodologies, mentoring others into the team, and eventually by leading engagements and business initiatives.

Working with Marketing to scale thought leadership an extend our reach

Enablement with the field (Sales, Renewals, SCs, Partner team, Product Marketing) and with our Partners

Facilitate 1:1 or 1:Many customer visioning workshops (Design Thinking or Strategic)

Contribute to practice development through thought leadership content, business benchmarking and best practice assessments

Represent Adobe externally and internally on industry sector, innovation and value management related topics

What you need to succeed;

Overall experience of 6-10years with MBA or equivalent advanced degree
-
At least 2 years relevant experience in either the Marketing function within a leading company or A top-tier management consulting organization or A top-tier digital agency

Expertise in Retail, FMCG, Travel or Hospitality

Demonstrated passion for digital experiences, and/or AI infused cloud technology

Experience in creating digital or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypothesis and synthesizing recommendations.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing – and a strong presenter

High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly

High level of energy, personal drive and positivity

Willingness to travel when required
