We are excited to offer the role of an Assistant Brand Manager (Women’s Health & Beauty Consumer Growth Pillar)
This role will require strong ability to collaborate, influence to drive business outcome with local market (within 13 markets across 3 regions) and cross-functional teams from diverse cultures.
This role will be based in Surry Hills and will be reporting to a Global Senior Brand Manager. You’ll be expected to be working in office at least three times a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development (including P&L management) of women’s health segment at a global level
- Lead Innovation Project teams to deliver business critical products
- Support in the execution of the Women’s Health & Beauty consumer growth pillar (CGP) Vision and Strategy
- Support the execution of the global innovation roadmap & delivery of communication toolkits that drive scale across the region
- Leadership and project management of key global women’s health programs. This will include consumer research and consumer insight development, idea generation, preparation of the business plans, stage gate management, go to market plans and post launch review while actively partnering with markets to ensure scale and operational efficiencies
- Drive internal vision and engagement of assigned segment
- Influence across cultures and time-zones to deliver outcomes for the global team.

Who are you?
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/ Business Administration, Commerce or any Health Sciences related.
- Previous brand management experience preferred, local level in any market will suffice. This role would ideally suit a second rotation ABM (or equivalent) that is looking to explore a global role. Someone who has prior experience in women’s health or infant formula would be a plus.
- Prior success in leading and managing projects independently (whether NPD or execution campaigns)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High problem-solving skills with ability to leverage data, insights and category trends to form compelling recommendations
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work within strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build working relationships across multiple cultures. Evidence of some cross-cultural understanding
- Able to display high learning agility and curiosity
- Also open to consider innovation project managers with interest to transition into marketing
